Sizing Off

I ordered a size bigger than my measurements just in case using the sizing guide above and the pants fit like they were one to two sizes too small. The quality of the pants was really good, but it's unfortunate that the sizing appears to be off.

Update: Support was quick to respond and did offer me a partial refund as a result.

The pants is way too small. Order it in a larger size than usual. But by the way the pant is very pretty and good quality.
